What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wi-Fi Test Engineer position at GCS?
We are looking for a WiFi tester and the person will be testing WiFi products.
In this role, the person will be at the forefront of testing and optimizing 4G, 5G, and Wi-Fi technologies.
Making sure the customer has good experience with the network.
The person will be developing test strategies, working on device defects, collaborate with OEMs, and engineering teams on innovative solutions also will be doing field testing
The person will play a critical part in our cutting-edge projects, including new feature rollouts and advanced debugging.
Defect Analysis and Reporting :
- Collect device logs and troubleshoot defects using tools like QXDM, XCAP, and XCAL.
- QXDM : - (qualcomm extensible diagnostic monitor)
- XCAP : - (Configuration Access Protocol, is a protocol used in telecommunications to manage and manipulate data stored in XML format)
- XCAL : - (xCal is an XML representation of the iCalendar standard.)
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to share findings and insights.
