Duties
- Greet customers upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles.
- Maintain an organized and efficient parking lot layout.
- Assisting in receiving delivery of new inventory vehicles.
- Operate vehicles as needed for valet services.
- Ensure the safety and security of all parked vehicles.
- Assist in managing vehicle delivery and retrieval processes.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the lot.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Experience in valet parking or similar roles is preferred.
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles proficiently preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in inventory management is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Attention to detail in managing vehicle locations and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
