RATE : $48 / hr - $52 / hr
DURATION : 3 months
EMPLOYMENT STATUS : Contingent Upon Contract Award
Overview :
We are seeking a qualified consultant to enhance and modernize its Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program. The consultant will assess the current ERM framework, identify gaps, and develop a comprehensive strategy to improve risk management across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluate the client’s existing ERM framework against industry standards such as COSO ERM and ISO 31000.
- Identify weaknesses and areas for improvement within the current ERM framework.
- Document existing risk management processes, governance structures, policies, and reporting mechanisms.
- Conduct a comprehensive enterprise risk assessment and update the organization’s risk register and taxonomy.
- Develop an ERM playbook, including step-by-step processes, templates, tools, and KPIs for long-term sustainability.
- Implement a change management framework to support ERM adoption across the organization.
- Develop and facilitate training materials and stakeholder workshops.
- Create a strategic roadmap to ensure continuous improvement and integration of emerging risks within the ERM program.
