Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Manager to support the firm’s evolving obligations in climate change mitigation and social development obligations levied by statute or regulation in jurisdictions the company operates or required by clients with which the company chooses to engage. The successful candidate will have expertise in greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting and decarbonization pathways, as well as managing progress against company science-based targets. This Manager will partner with stakeholders across the firm to provide oversight on our annual ESG Report and the reuse of its content throughout the year, and managing progress against company goals. The ideal candidate has a passion for sustainability, strong attention to detail, and the ability to influence / collaborate with multiple teams across the enterprise. This is an internal Operations opening within Corporate Services.Reporting into Guidehouse’s Enterprise Risk Management Director, the Enterprise Risk Management Manager will provide support to the broader Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Department through ongoing oversight, development, and maturing of the firm's Sustainability and Social Development services and programs.The Manager will be responsible for orchestrating inputs to the annual Sustainability Report along with supporting the ERM Department's services provided to our internal clients : Measuring and reporting on Sustainability-related dataEnsuring the appropriate application and reporting on Greenhouse Gas accounting best practices for Guidehouse businessesClient and Teaming Partner Due Diligence – Manage and mature the firm's Due Diligence program to include sustainability metrics. Perform due diligence screenings, review results and monitor for any restricted entities using a third-party compliance manager tool.Pursuit Management : Risk, Gate and Consultation - Engage with client-facing Pursuit Teams to provide support on engagement risk related to sustainability or social development obligations and representations.
