Responsibilities
- Develop and apply business practices, technologies, and governance to manage the IT asset lifecycle effectively.
- Maintain ITAM process integrity and drive optimization where applicable, ensuring reliable and consistent IT asset information.
- Ensure compliance with ITAM requirements, including Vendor compliance, Procurement, IT Financial Management, Security, End User Computing, IT Service Management, and Enterprise Architecture.
- Develop and implement communication and training plans to promote awareness and understanding of ITAM standards proactively.
- Drive compliance with ITAM guidelines and practices to ensure high-quality delivery that meets or exceeds business expectations.
- Implement process changes and improvements in support of the ITAM program maturity roadmap and commitments using project management disciplines.
- Lead ITAM process gap analysis and develop corrective action plans.
- Lead ITAM process modifications, including review, approval, and implementation.
- Proven experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) practices and standards.
- Strong foundational project management skills in a technology environment.
- Ability to develop and implement communication and training plans.
- Experience in driving process compliance and optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead process gap analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Familiarity with IT requirements, including Vendor compliance, Procurement, IT Financial Management, Security, End User Computing, IT Service Management, and Enterprise Architecture.
