We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager with a strong track record in the RV industry to lead OEM business development and support Aftermarket expansion. This high-impact role requires deep industry expertise, exceptional relationship management, and the ability to identify and execute strategic growth opportunities across both OEM and Aftermarket channels.

This position will play a critical role in shaping our long-term growth strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams and industry partners to deliver innovative solutions and long-term customer value.

How You'll Create Possibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead New Business Development: Drive strategic OEM sales initiatives, identifying and securing new opportunities to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior executives, engineering, and procurement leaders across major OEM accounts to secure long-term agreements.
  • Forecast & Align: Own all forecasting for new business, ensuring sales projections align with company goals and capacity planning.
  • Position for Future Growth: Leverage product development timelines and industry trends to position solutions for future model years.
  • Support Aftermarket Synergy: Partner closely with the Aftermarket sales team—making strategic introductions, promoting product adoption, and unlocking new revenue channels.
  • Bridge OEM & Aftermarket Efforts: Act as the key connector between OEM and Aftermarket divisions to ensure product alignment across new and fielded units.
  • CRM Leadership: Champion best practices within Salesforce CRM—documenting activity, pipeline progression, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, engineering, operations, and Aftermarket teams to ensure customer needs are translated into innovative product offerings.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive activity, market shifts, and customer insights to inform go-to-market strategies and product roadmap decisions.


What You'll Bring to Our Team

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 7 years of sales or business development experience within the RV or Marine industry, spanning both OEM and Aftermarket segments.
  • Demonstrated success closing complex deals and securing multi-year supply agreements with key OEMs.
  • Extensive industry network with strong executive-level relationships across major RV OEMs.
  • Thorough understanding of OEM workflows, including production cycles, model-year planning, and how to align sales strategies accordingly.
  • Strong business acumen with exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
  • Technical proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
