We're seeking a detail-oriented Senior Material Change Analyst with expertise in Bill of Materials (BOM) to take the lead on implementing new parts and part changes in Oracle. This role will collaborate across multiple teams to ensure seamless execution of new product introductions (NPIs), new material management (NMM) launches, and engineering changes.

Senior Materials Change Analyst- BOM Specialist

How You'll Create Possibilities
As a Senior Material Change Analyst, you'll:
- Review Business Change Notices (BCNs) to set up new parts and update existing parts in Oracle.
- Create and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and ensure accuracy in engineering change orders (ECOs).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Materials, Sourcing, Quality, and Factory teams to ensure clear and timely communication across the supply chain.
- Work closely with the factory team to execute NPIs, NMMs, and digit changes.
- Develop and refine processes to enhance efficiency, including creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for part setup and effectivity dates.
- Attend Change Implementation Boards (CIBs) to review and implement projects.
- Provide guidance on packaging, routings, and system setups to support warehouse automation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of combined experience in manufacturing, design, or materials.
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS and Product Information Management (PIM) tools.
- Proven ability to influence and drive change in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience supporting NPIs and NMM launches.
- Be at the forefront of innovation, supporting critical product launches and factory initiatives.
- Drive meaningful change in processes that improve efficiency and performance.
- Work in a dynamic environment that blends office and factory settings.
