How You'll Create Possibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, Sales and Commercial teams to identify Digital Technology (DT) needs that support Air and Water business growth through a robust system platform.
- Drive and manage EBS, Commercial, Salesforce, and AI-related projects focused on stabilization, optimization, and evolution.
- Partner with DT leadership and functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions.
- Assess and understand current system capabilities to facilitate discussions with business teams and align technology solutions with business needs.
- Work closely with DT & Business Execution Leaders to execute programs effectively and plan Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) throughout the program lifecycle.
- Lead and drive Project Management Office (PMO) / Vendor Management Office (VMO) initiatives for Air and Water and other Micro Enterprises.
- Oversee and manage projects, tasks, and deliverables using JIRA and HPQC.
- Act as a key liaison, leading discussions with Air and Water Leaders and business teams to ensure alignment and progress.
- Maintain regular communication with IT and business leadership, ensuring DT staff and business executives are informed of execution status, risks, and mitigation strategies (And on escalation process).
- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams (including Infrastructure, SOA, and DBAs) to resolve challenges, address risks, and facilitate decision-making.
- Drive capability adoption within DT Functions which are required for Air and Water (e.g. SCM, Finance, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Sales & Commercial etc.) to enhance operational efficiencies.
- Identify and recommend new capabilities, systems, and processes to enhance Program Management for the for the Air and Water and Other Micro Enterprises.
- Partner with DT Cross Functional Staff to assess and optimize capacity planning and resource allocation for the Air and Water DT Programs.
- Serve as the primary DT point of contact for seamless system integrations, ensuring robust controls and governance for Air and Water.
- Mentor and coach project managers, fostering a Center of Excellence for effective Project Management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 15 years of experience in program management, digital transformation, or IT project leadership.
- Proven experience in enterprise systems (EBS, Salesforce, AI-driven platforms, and commercial solutions).
- Strong knowledge of agile project management methodologies, JIRA, HPQC, and PMO/VMO frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to drive decision-making in complex environments.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to executive leadership and technical teams.
- Ability to mentor and develop project management talent.
