Are you passionate about driving continuous improvement and leading high-performing teams? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Process Improvement Engineer to spearhead operational excellence within our manufacturing value stream. In this role, you'll lead, coach, and develop a specific production area, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met while cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.

How You'll Create Possibilities

Manufacturing Operations :

• Lead and optimize the performance of a designated production area within the value stream, driving improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Oversee the maintenance, improvement, and overall efficiency of all equipment for the production line and fabrication areas.
• Support the operations manager and oversee daily production start-up as needed to ensure the line is operational, staffed, and running smoothly.
• Monitor and analyze fabrication areas and production line data to address performance issues and ensure smooth communication across shifts.
• Implement and enforce lean manufacturing practices and standardized work, ensuring process stability.
• Coach equipment operators and Team Leaders to maintain adherence to established processes.
