The Lead finance specialist will serve as a financial business partner to the organization, including plant and manufacturing business leaders. This person will help ensure that the financial objectives of the business are supported by detailed budgets and forecasts. Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive monthly close process to ensure books are accurate and complete
- Define, create and maintain key decision support review tools, including financial dashboards, data populations, and detailed analytical excel-based reporting
- Manage annual planning process by providing detailed analysis around key business initiatives and strategies
- Prepare the monthly reporting package that includes financial statements and comprehensive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting
- Analyze the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed understanding of concepts and principles in the Finance function
- Develop ad hoc analysis as required by management
- Focus on department priorities within operating unit and may be responsible for work and development of others
- Consider the effects on relevant IT infrastructure and controllership, from both a functional and systems perspective, when evaluating and implementing FP&A process improvements

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least 3 years of experience.
