The Vice President/ Finance Operations & Analytics reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and plays a crucial role in promoting the financial sustainability of our healthcare organization. This senior leadership position will be responsible for advanced financial analytics, overseeing service line performance, and ensuring the financial integrity of new and expanded services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare financial analytics and clinical operations and will work closely with various stakeholders to enhance profitability and drive value-based care initiatives.

Responsibilities
Advanced Financial and Profitability Analytics:
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial models to analyze profitability across various service lines.
- Utilize advanced data analytics tools to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance of service lines, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to enhance service line profitability.
- Prepare detailed financial projections and pro-formas for potential new services or expansions.
- Assess market trends and financial implications to provide strategic recommendations.
- Oversee all finance operational functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Lead efforts in optimizing financial processes and systems for increased efficiency.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive cost accounting systems to monitor cost per case across various departments.
- Provide insights and recommendations for cost containment and efficiency improvements.
- Serve as the primary liaison with Executive Directors of Business Administration (EDBAs) to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to integrate financial strategies with value-based care and quality improvement initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics and financial outcomes related to value-based programs.
- Prepare and ensure timely filing of Medicare cost reports in compliance with federal regulations.
- Ensure complete and accurate governmental enrollments and PECOS filings
