Job Summary :
We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Floor Installer to join our team. This role involves preparing surfaces and applying epoxy and polyaspartic floor coatings in residential and commercial settings. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. We provide all the necessary training!
Key Responsibilities :
- Surface Preparation : Grind, clean, and prep concrete surfaces for coating application.
- Coating Application : Mix and apply epoxy and polyaspartic coatings according to manufacturer specifications.
- Precision & Detail : Ensure professional-quality finishes with attention to detail.
- Equipment & Chemical Handling : Operate industrial floor grinders, vacuums, epoxy and other necessary tools and materials.
- Safety Compliance : Follow proper safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Customer Interaction : Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while working in customer homes and businesses.
- Team Collaboration : Work efficiently with crew members to complete projects on time.
