BH Automation center of excellence (COE) has the people, processes, and technology necessary to maximize the benefits of automation, including robotic process automation and process mining. The successful candidate will be part of a COE team responsible for RPA support, design and roadmap.
As a Citizen Development Lead- Power Platform, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and developing Canvas Apps using Power Apps.
- Building automated workflows using Power Automate to improve business processes.
- Integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
- Working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (IT, business units) to implement end-to-end solutions.
- Customizing and extending the capabilities of Power Platform using PowerFX
- Follow best practices for app design, automation workflows, and data governance.
- Ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing Power Platform solutions.
- Optimizing performance and ensure smooth deployment of updates.
- Monitoring the health of deployed apps, workflows, and integrations.
- Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards to deliver business insights.
- Ensuring data accuracy and create interactive visualizations for decision-making

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a minimum bachelor degree with 5 years of working experience
- Have strong understanding of PowerFX, JavaScript, HTML, and custom connectors.
- Have an experience working with SharePoint, and other data sources.
- Have an experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business users.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Have an ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
