Ensure an uninterrupted supply of materials to support production and sales. Work to resolve Materials issues while achieving and maintaining inventory business metrics.

Key Responsibilities Include :

• Overall ownership of material ordering, availability, and scheduling; targeting inventory levels per the Standard Ordering Procedure. May include Vendor Management data analysis and inputs based on business need
• Rescheduling materials for pull ins (expedites) and push outs (for inventory control)
• Daily Shortage Management - data input / updates
• Input Airway bills upon shipments to vendors
• Conduct daily walks on the warehouse floor and the receiving dock to investigate and resolve material issues / problem shelves
• Assist in cycle count audits as needed
• Support all lean activities, initiatives, and action workouts
• Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and support corrective actions
• Position may evolve to include other duties as required as the business needs change
