Job Description Summary The Global Parts Operation leader will lead the setting of standards for parts inclusive of operations, inventory and fulfillment for onshore wind business. Additionally responsible for driving operational cadence and problem solving for key performance indicators in order to drive continuous improvement utilizing lean tools across each region. Essential Responsibilities

  • L2 KPIs for SQDC including on time departure as main deliverable
  • Facilitate operational rigor for parts fulfillment globally and continuous improvement
  • Be change agent for the parts organization and standards & processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (OR High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 10 years of related work experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

The base pay range for this position is $137,700 - $225,900 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for variable incentive compensation of 15%. This posting is expected to close no earlier than September 8, 2024.

  • The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
