This role will enable seamless execution of projects, from tendering to completion, with a focus on organizational excellence, customers, and continuous improvement.Job DescriptionWhat you'll do Tendering and Project Support : Develop tools and processes to ensure successful tendering and project execution for Aero NU ITR TM2500 / LM2500 initiatives.Resource and KPI Management : Oversee resource Line of Balance (LOB) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet project goals and organizational objectives.Standardization : Drive standardization across tendering and project teams to ensure consistency in reporting and operating methodologies.Tools and Dashboards : Set up, maintain, and optimize tools, systems, and dashboards essential for project tracking, reporting, and efficiency improvement.Daily Management : Manage daily metrics and foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) principles.Lessons Learned : Facilitate project reviews to document and share insights, recommendations, and lessons learned across project verticals.Continuous Improvement : Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the tendering and project execution teams, promoting optimization and innovation.Monthly Project Reviews : Lead and support comprehensive monthly reviews of ongoing projects, addressing progress, challenges, and actionable next steps.ITO-OTR Project Release : Facilitate the ITO-OTR handover, ensuring that data is provided accurately and in a timely manner.Effective Meetings : Model and promote good meeting practices, including timely agendas, pre-read material, action item tracking, and consistent follow-up.What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, business administration or a related field.10 years of experience in process improvement, Lean, change management or operational excellence roles.7 years of experience leading complex projects, with exposure to tendering and project execution processes.Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.What will make you stand outProven track record in project management, operations, or a similar role.Familiarity with Aero technology and tendering / projects in the power sector.Proficiency with tools like SFDC, Pulse, Tableau, PowerNow, Support Central, and Smartsheet.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.Proficiency with business software and aptitude for learning new applications.Lean mindset with demonstrated experience in applying Lean tools.Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems effectively.Benefits Available to You GE Vernova employees rise to the challenge of building a world that works.
