Roles and Responsibilities

• Recap any updates with Supervisor following team huddle.
• Know and understand each role within the department.
• Get outside department contacts involved when necessary (quality, maintenance, warehouse, yard, etc.)
• Point of contact in department when Supervisor is unavailable.
• Report any findings, issues, observations to the Supervisor.
• Support system for employees
• Delegate where employees should be working throughout the shift.
• Ensure that shells are prepared to the highest of quality standards
• Make sure employees are following all LM policies.
• Attend Team Leader Training and Train new employees
• Engineering point of contact for questions and / or trials.
• Conduct walk-throughs with candidates when supervisor is unavailable.
