What impact you'll make
As a member of the Process Industrialization team, you will be an active contributor to create, maintain, and execute the standard in how to develop and industrialize manufacturing processes using a team-based approach. This role sits within the Process Industrialization team and will lead automation specification, builds, programming, and work closely with process development to build machines around a process. The role will work closely with the maintenance team to develop long term professional maintenance procedures. The role will also be key in integrating part movement solutions into, out of, and between new and existing equipment. And support building quality into the process.

What you'll do
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of technical disciplines, analytical thinking, and technical experience to execute policy / strategy and roadmap initiatives
- Execute hand offs for new product introductions, part and technology transfers, new process introductions, and strategic plant and equipment investments; inclusive of lead time, technology selection, tooling, fixturing, programming, quality plan, and run-off of initial production sets
- Execute hands-on development of new products and processes enabling a successful hand-off to the production team
- Manage project timelines to meet customer needs with a strong focus on safety, process quality, qualifications, and Lean
- Strong ability to identify and eliminate waste while coaching others
- Engineering, standardizing, and optimizing manufacturing processes
- Participate in productivity efforts supporting cost competitiveness
- Incorporate lean manufacturing principles into process development
- Utilize kaizen activities for continuous improvement and collaborate with wider team on breakthrough initiatives

Pay Transparency
The base pay range for this position is $81,700.00 - $115,000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 10% performance bonus / variable incentive compensation / equity. This posting is expected to close on February 22, 2025, or thereafter.
