Responsibilities
The base pay range for this position is $ 94,600.00 - $157,700.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 10% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This posting is expected to close on February 13, 2025, or thereafter.

Job Description

Responsibilities
- Assist the category management and business sourcing teams with negotiating a wide variety of contracts including agreements for the procurement of goods, services, software and hardware, and non-disclosure agreements
- Work closely with Sourcing professionals and Legal to assist them with the deviation approval process, including securing approvals as necessary, contract execution and archiving
- Work closely with legal counsel such as Sourcing, Commercial, EHS, Labor and Employment, Litigation, Intellectual Property and ITC Counsels to get their input and/or approval on various provisions and/or deviation
- Take personal responsibility for quality and accuracy of sourcing contracts, and work to improve response times
- Assist with compliance-related issues as needed
- Provide Sourcing terms and conditions and other training as needed
- Review Sourcing policies and procedures and develop standard work and guidance to assist the team
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Sourcing, Contracting, Finance, Legal, Commercial, or equivalent consulting experience
- Minimum of 3 year’s experience drafting, negotiating commercial terms and conditions and closing complex business transactions
- Juris Doctorate
- MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Engineering
- Sourcing / contracting experience in a multinational company
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to translate legal concepts into practical business and technical solutions
- Aggressive self-starter
- Strong project management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.

- The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
