Job Overview: Responsible for the strategic development, procurement and execution of marketing promotions and events to drive profitable Enterprise growth amongst current Club M members and to entice guests to sign up for a club membership at Mystic Lake and Little Six Casinos.

Job Requirements:
Reflects MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectations of this job:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field and 4 experience in marketing promotions strategy.
- 3 years of indirect of 2 years of direct people leadership experience.
- Experience in casino marketing/promotions preferred.
- Deep and broad experience in strategy (design, development and evaluation) and logistics (vendor relations, compliance with policy/procedures, execution) of promotions.
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) with all levels of stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize work and solve problems efficiently.
- Comfortable adapting to change in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on cross-functional teams.
- Willingness and ability to challenge the status quo.
- This position requires some work on nights and weekends.
