Job Overview :
Responsible for the strategic development, procurement and execution of marketing promotions and events to drive profitable Enterprise growth amongst current Club M members and to entice guests to sign up for a club membership at Mystic Lake and Little Six Casinos.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field and 4 experience in marketing promotions strategy.3 years of indirect of 2 years of direct people leadership experience.Experience in casino marketing / promotions preferred.Deep and broad experience in strategy (design, development and evaluation) and logistics (vendor relations, compliance with policy / procedures, execution) of promotions.Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) with all levels of stakeholders.Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize work and solve problems efficiently.Comfortable adapting to change in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on cross-functional teams.Willingness and ability to challenge the status quo.This position requires some work on nights and weekends.
