At Beacon Promotions Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales team as a Premium Brands Development Specialist.
This role involves serving customers by providing creative insights and supporting the growth of Premium Brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the process from product selection to delivery, while maintaining excellent service.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a 'can-do' attitude with a strong team player ethic. They should be able to keep calm, responsive, and friendly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strive to meet or exceed department monthly and quarterly goals
- Embrace and enhance all Premium Brands Lines
- Correspond with customers on order questions and general Premium Brand inquiries
- Continuously update and inform customers of new products, pricing and changes
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Premium Brands through eye-catching flyers, e-blasts and website updates
- Review website to ensure accurate pricing updates and changes
- Process Premium Brand orders by entering, purchasing and fulfilling
- Execute the coordination of samples, customer visits and shows
- Effectively communicate, negotiate and process customer credits
- Coordinate with vendor contacts to negotiate best pricing and rebates
- Enhance existing customer relationships and continuously grow Premium Brands
- Process customer quotes, proofs, order entry, virtuals, etc.
Requirements:
- 2 years of professional experience in Sales, Marketing or a related field
- College Degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- 2-3 years database management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Prior experience in promotional products is preferred
