- Perform equipment routine and scheduled maintenance on high pressure pumps.
- Completes assigned job in a timely and qualitative manner
- Provide support to other technicians and Sales team as need
- Repair/service equipment and assist with part management in our Janesville facility
- Full compliance on Hazard & Risk Assessment and all safety protocols as per customer & company SOP
- Full-service report after job completion
- Prepare and promote recommended spares, tools and retrofittable solutions to customers.
- Services and Repairs HPP and Homogenizers
- Assists customers with critical spare recommendations
- Provides follow up reports with customer and Service/Sales Team
- Work with both customers as well as factory, technicians, service and sales team.
- Coordinate with Service Director and RSM and customer – to establish resolutions to customer issues and execute promptly.
Your profile and qualifications:
- Homogenizer service experience preferred.
- Experience troubleshooting process related issues.
- Ready to travel frequently (local & abroad) and works off-hours
- Good working level of English - speaking and writing
- Holding a valid driving license (preferred)
- Emphatic with strong customer focus
- Technically inclined with good problem-solving skills and commercial affinity.
- Service oriented, patient, and flexible team player.
- Safety conscious and of good moral character
- Good computer skills - Microsoft Office applications
