Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and file documents accurately and in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain a systematic filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
- Monitor and track important documents to ensure they are properly filed and updated.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure all documents are accounted for and proper procedures are being followed.
- Process and scan documents using digital software.
- Assist with record-keeping and data entry tasks.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, some college coursework preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience as a File Clerk or in a similar role.
- Proficient in digital scanning and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with financial documents and records is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Working Conditions:
This position can be done remotely or in the office, based on the candidate's preference and availability. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. However, some flexibility may be required to meet deadlines and accommodate the needs of the credit union.
