Responsibilities :

Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner

Greet visitors and assist with inquiries

Manage incoming and outgoing mail

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Provide administrative support as needed, including filing and data entry

Qualifications :

Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus
