Tasks that inspire me
- You accept and check customs declarations for all import/export customs procedures on the basis of invoices, waybills and various customs documents
- Manage the completion of customs documentation in a timely manner to ensure timely and accurate import of shipments into the US
- Exercise discretion and judgement when processing documentation in the ABI system, ensuring that all customs/applicable agency releases are obtained and processed correctly
- You are a competent contact person for our customers and internal specialist departments
- Together with your colleagues, you are in regular contact with the responsible authorities and offices
- Responsible for ensuring that all customs SOP's are maintained and handled to the highest level of accuracy
