Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting job descriptions and executing recruitment processes
- Organizing and controlling all employee related matters and ensuring a healthy HR cycle and system
- Producing regular HR-related reports for senior management
- Setting salary scales and creating a comprehensive HR policy
- Managing company hiring portals and platforms
- Conducting employee evaluations and training in collaboration with area managers, COO & CEO
- Overseeing HR budget, financial controls and labor law compliance
- Managing HR payroll systems
Ideal Candidate:
- Solid knowledge in HR and recruitment with proven experience in the restaurant industry
- Relevant academic qualifications
- Demonstrable leadership and diplomatic skills
