Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Fast Casual Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Peekskill. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing a team, and ensuring smooth, efficient restaurant operations. As the Fast Casual Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining high food quality standards, and fostering a positive, motivated team atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during peak hours.
- Lead, train, and develop a team of front-line staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure smooth service.
- Maintain high food quality standards by overseeing food preparation, presentation, and portion control.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure stock levels are maintained without overstocking, minimizing waste.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional, timely manner to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
- Monitor restaurant performance, analyzing sales data, customer feedback, and operational costs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Maintain health and safety standards by ensuring the restaurant adheres to all sanitation and food safety guidelines.
- Develop staff schedules to ensure proper coverage for peak hours while managing labor costs efficiently.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning properly, and address maintenance or repair issues as needed.
- Uphold the brand's values and maintain a clean, inviting, and organized dining environment.
