What You'll Do
- Oversee seamless daily operations in both front-of-house and kitchen environments.
- Lead, coach, and motivate staff to deliver top-tier guest experiences.
- Manage Inventory Control , food, and labor costs, and optimize restaurant performance.
- Address customer inquiries or complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop strategies for growth and profitability .
- Participate in hiring, training, and scheduling to build and maintain a high-performing team.
