Qualifications
Successful candidates will bring the following to the table :
3-5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry
Strong skills in team management, motivation, and guidance
Proven knowledge of restaurant or kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and food safety
Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle challenges professionally
Familiarity with implementing company policies and procedures to ensure success
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Degree or certification in hospitality management is a plus
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service in both front-of-house and kitchen settings
Lead, coach, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Manage inventory, monitor and control food and labor costs, and optimize restaurant performance
Address customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
Work closely with the General Manager to plan strategies for restaurant success and profitability
Participate in hiring, training, and scheduling to support a high-performing team
