Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management:
- Oversee daily theater and food service operations, ensuring seamless integration of entertainment and dining experiences.
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and ambiance in all areas, including auditoriums, lobby, and kitchen facilities.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate supply orders, and minimize waste.
2. Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to uphold excellent customer service and operational standards.
- Schedule employees effectively to balance operational needs with labor costs.
- Foster a collaborative team culture and maintain open communication with all team members.
3. Food and Beverage Oversight:
- Ensure the quality and presentation of food and beverages meet or exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with culinary and service teams to introduce innovative menu options.
- Monitor food and beverage costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
4. Guest Experience:
- Deliver exceptional guest service by addressing concerns, resolving issues promptly, and creating memorable experiences.
- Implement strategies to enhance ticket and food sales through upselling and promotions.
- Regularly review guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
5. Financial and Administrative Management:
- Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for increased revenue and efficiency.
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Enforce compliance with all local regulations, including health, safety, and labor laws.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or entertainment industries.

- Experience managing high-volume food service operations, including inventory, scheduling, and financial oversight.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a guest-focused mindset.
