Job Description :
As the Bakery Production Manager, you will oversee all functions of our bakery operations. You will be fully responsible for guest service and ensuring satisfaction by adhering to our daily management agenda.
Our ideal candidate will have experience selecting, training, and coaching a strong team. Additionally, scheduling, mentoring, and counseling the bakery staff will be key responsibilities.
A successful Bakery Production Manager will lead by example, provide immediate feedback, and ensure compliance with all state health and safety regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
