Key Responsibilities :
Meet or exceed booking goals for private events, including food, beverage, and additional services.
Actively prospect and secure business from diverse market segments.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business.
Develop innovative and customized event solutions that align with client needs.
Conduct site visits, client presentations, and community outreach.
Collaborate closely with banquet operations to ensure seamless event execution.
A minimum of 3 years in catering sales, with proven success in similar-sized properties.
Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Expertise in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with event management software (e.g., Delphi, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
Bachelors degree preferred, though not required.
