Position Overview :
The Corporate Events Salesperson is responsible for driving sales and revenue generation for corporate events, conferences, and meetings. This role requires a dynamic, results-driven individual who can identify, engage, and close business opportunities within corporate sectors. The ideal candidate will build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, deliver tailored solutions for clients, and work closely with the event planning and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and event success.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development :
- Maintains a book of business and contacts in the corporate area of events and can help generate events and catering business fairly quickly and effectively.
- Generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, prospecting, and referrals.
- Develop and implement strategies to reach new corporate clients for events such as conferences, seminars, product launches, meetings, and incentives.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis and provide customized proposals, ensuring event objectives and client expectations are met.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
