Are you an experienced HR leader ready to make a lasting impact at one of Palm Beachs premier luxury properties? We are seeking an exceptional Director of Human Resources (HRD) to drive our people-focused initiatives and support the continued success of our high-performing team.
About the Role :
As the Director of Human Resources , youll report directly to the Executive Leadership team and oversee all HR functions for our luxury hotel. Youll lead a talented HR Manager and be responsible for hiring an additional HR Coordinator to complete your dynamic team. Your mission will be to foster a culture of excellence, support staff development, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hotels overall business goals.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to maintain a strong and motivated workforce.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive, supportive, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Handle performance management, training, and professional development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and hotel policies.
- Collaborate with department leaders to support their teams and drive operational success.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee recognition programs.
