Job Title : Director of National Accounts

Location : On Site - Sedona, AZ

Salary : $85,000-$95,000 Bonus

Job Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or relevant work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of Group Sales Manager experience in a high-end full-service hotel / resort
• Proven track record for anticipating and following through on leads to maximize sales
• Superior sales skills and ability to build and maintain professional business relations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficient computer skills and ability to travel
• Resilient and adaptable to change
• Strong guest and team member relationship skills

Job Responsibilities :

As the Director of National Accounts, your primary task will be to sell properties to our group clients whilst exceeding room night / revenue objectives. You will be working nationwide to secure the most profitable business for our properties. This includes :
