We are looking for a National Director of Sales to drive our sales strategy, manage a national team of 1099 outside sales reps, and expand our market presence.

Your Role :
As the National Director of Sales , you will be responsible for leading and growing a team of contracted outside sales representatives across the country. You will develop and implement sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead & Inspire : Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of 1099 independent sales reps to exceed sales targets.
- Strategize for Success : Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand our market share and drive revenue.
- Build Relationships : Cultivate strong partnerships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Expansion : Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate & Innovate : Work with marketing and product teams to develop compelling sales materials and promotional campaigns.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor sales performance, provide reports, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Industry Leadership : Represent our company at major industry events and trade shows.
