Job Title : Operations Support Manager

Position Overview

A Priemer Company with locations in Houston, Lubbock, and El Paso markets is seeking a results-driven Operations Support Manager. This role supports the Director of Operations in optimizing performance, leading key initiatives, and ensuring seamless operations across locations. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Operations with administrative tasks, including compiling and communicating theater-level KPIs.
• Lead and implement new openings and operational initiatives.
• Monitor IT / Help Desk, ensuring prompt resolution and reporting outstanding issues.
• Oversee supply chain product availability to address potential disruptions.
• Conduct monthly Operational Excellence Reviews (OER) to ensure venue quality and performance.
• Facilitate the Manager in Training (MIT) program, conducting assessments for program effectiveness.
• Ensure company compliance with risk management, safety, food safety, and asset protection.
• Manage rollouts for limited-time and seasonal menu changes.
• Organize and support quarterly General Manager Summits and Core Value Champion recognition programs.
• Plan and execute quarterly Culinary, Bar, and Training conference calls.
• Support off-site recruiting efforts, such as university visits and career fairs.
• Step into leadership roles during the Director of Operations absence, including leading weekly calls.
• Travel extensively to theaters for on-site support and operational assessments (periods of up to one month).
