What You’ll Do
- Assist in designing and executing revenue management strategies for multiple properties
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify revenue opportunities
- Develop and maintain pricing strategies for rooms and other services, including special promotions
- Prepare revenue forecasts and budgets with accuracy and attention to detail
- Monitor financial performance to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement
- Use revenue management systems to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Generate and present detailed KPI reports to leadership teams
- Collaborate with General Managers, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align strategies with organizational goals
- Train staff at the property level on revenue management strategies and practices
