Key Responsibilities
- Partner with teams to formulate and implement innovative revenue management strategies across multiple hotel properties.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor movements to identify and capitalize on revenue-enhancing opportunities.
- Formulate and sustain competitive pricing strategies for accommodations and services, including promotional offers.
- Prepare meticulous revenue forecasts and budgets, ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance to detect trends, deviations, and improvement areas.
- Leverage revenue management systems to interpret data effectively and support informed decision-making.
- Compile and deliver detailed KPI reports to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with General Managers, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure cohesive alignment with business objectives.
- Educate property staff on best practices in revenue management and strategy execution.
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in interpreting complex data sets.
- Experience with revenue management systems (e.g., Cloudbeds, OnQ, STR) alongside advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative work atmosphere.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and distribution channels is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to a fast-paced work environment as necessary.
- A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in revenue management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue and profitability across multiple venues.
