Gecko Landscaping: Now Hiring Installation Crew Members for Summer 2025!

Gecko Landscaping is looking for Installation Crew Members to join us for the 2025 summer season. Based in the beautiful Steamboat area, this is your chance to build incredible outdoor spaces while enjoying a fulfilling and active work environment.
What You’ll Do:
As an Installation Crew Member, you’ll play a key role in bringing landscape designs to life. Responsibilities include:
- Installing hardscape elements such as patios, retaining walls, and pathways.
- Planting trees and shrubs to create vibrant, healthy landscapes.
- Preparing sites by digging, grading, and leveling as needed.
- Assisting with the installation of irrigation systems and drainage solutions.
- Operating tools and equipment such as shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, and skid steers.
- Ensuring all work meets high-quality standards and adheres to safety protocols.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous landscaping or construction experience is preferred but not required—training is provided on the job!
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions.
- The ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
