Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Patio, Retaining Wall, and Masonry Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of direct experience in hardscaping and masonry, with the ability to read and understand site plans, drive and operate dump trucks, and efficiently execute projects with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of masonry and hardscaping projects
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards
- Manage and coordinate teams to achieve project goals
- Conduct site assessments, plan work sequences, and estimate material requirements
- Develop and implement solutions to resolve issues that may arise during projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Foster a positive and productive work environment within the team
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- No current or pending legal issues
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more on a regular basis
- Experience with installing paver and natural stone patios, retaining wall systems, drainage landscaping lighting, irrigation, plants, and general landscape practices
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience as a crew lead and/or foreman running one or more 2-4-man crews
- More than 3 years of direct experience in hardscapes and masonry
- ICPI Certified Paver/Retaining Wall Installer
- Ability to sell/up-sell to clients while working on site
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues as they arise
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus
