Position objective for Crew leader:

Safely and productively lead a crew of 1-4 in onsite installing landscaping, hardscapes, irrigation and equipment operation. Have a proven skill set in this field with a pride in leadership, craftsmanship and excellent planning and problem solving skills.

oversee, direct, train, encourage fellow workers through out the work day

Produce high quality products. Be highly organized and professional, meet production goals all while Maintaining a safe a fun work site.

Skills required:

Capable of learning and applying our procedures and policies. We will train you on these, but we seek staff that has the ability to learn quickly and apply the training we provide.

strong knowledge of irrigation systems and components and repairs. We are seeking an individual that has an existing irrigation skill set that he/she takes pride in as a professional.

Physically capable of lifting 80lbs plus, working outdoors, clean dmv, operating trucks and trailers

Able to plant trees, shrubs, flowers, build hardscapes, install irrigation, sod and other plant materials.

Proficient operating skid steers, mini excavator, trencher, dump truck, hand tools and multimeter. You will be provided with a well equipped van with an organizational system in place.

Must be able to communicate will with your crew and general manager. Anticipating the job’s needs both material, equipment, labor and timing.
