Location: Staten Island, NY

Salary: $125,000 commissions & bonuses

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations for an upscale, high-volume catering and events venue on Staten Island. This prestigious venue is part of a larger hospitality group known for delivering exceptional fine dining experiences and hosting large-scale events such as weddings, corporate functions, and luxury galas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all catering and event operations, ensuring flawless execution and premium guest experiences.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive event bookings and increase revenue streams.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure that all events are executed to the highest standards.
• Manage financials including budgets, forecasting, and profit maximization for both catering and events.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain fine dining standards at all events.

Requirements:

• Proven success in catering and event management with fine dining experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Demonstrated track record of driving sales and growing event revenues.
• Experience managing high-volume venues with job stability and progressive responsibility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and vendors.
• Ability to relocate for the role (relocation package available).
