This position involves high-volume inbound and outbound phone calls focused on servicing our customers' needs. While prior automotive experience is a plus, we value experience from customer service roles such as reception or high-volume call centers. The ideal candidate is reliable, has great phone etiquette, and is eager to help customers.
BDC Service Representative Job Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls related to service inquiries and appointments.
- Confirm and schedule service appointments with customers.
- Assist customers with scheduling vehicle maintenance and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update service schedules as necessary.

Qualifications
BDC Service Representative Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent).
- 1 year of prior customer service experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not screened for.
