Tonkin Hillsboro Chevrolet is growing quickly, and we’re looking for a dedicated and bilingual Express Service Advisor to join our team! As an Express Service Advisor, you'll be the key point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for quick, routine maintenance services. If you're experienced in automotive service advising and are bilingual in English and Spanish, we’d love to have you on board!

Express Service Advisor Job Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with prompt, courteous, and effective communication.
• Assist customers with their vehicle needs, offering service recommendations and explaining the benefits of various services.
• Drive technician labor sales to help meet the department's goals.
• Keep customers informed on service progress, estimated completion times, and any changes to their services.
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience during their visit.

Qualifications

Express Service Advisor Qualifications

• 1-3 years of prior automotive service advising experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Experience with automotive service management software is a plus.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not screened for.
