Our Service Team is a client experience-driven, service-focused, and cohesive team – full of long-term staff members. Express Service Advisors help our Service Team by delivering top-notch customer service to our clients throughout the servicing process by writing up ROs and providing information to our clients. The perfect candidate would have prior service writing experience with a strong work ethic.
Express Service Advisor Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast.
- Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
- Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.

Qualifications
Express Service Advisor Qualifications
- 1-3 years of service writing.
- A desire to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention-to-detail.
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not screened for.
