Social Media Coordinator Job Responsibilities
- Assist in researching current benchmark trends and audience preferences to stay ahead of the curve
- Help design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, brand awareness, and sales
- Create and schedule posts, stories, and other content across our social media platforms
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries promptly, and monitor customer reviews to ensure exceptional customer service
- Assist in overseeing the design and aesthetics of social media accounts, ensuring consistency and brand cohesion
- Collaborate with the marketing team to propose and implement new features to enhance brand awareness, including promotions, competitions, and community events

Social Media Coordinator Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in social media marketing or a related field
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video) that resonates with our audience
- Solid knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube
- Excellent communication skills to engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with team members
- Preferably a background in marketing and social media, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices
