GaN is seeking a detail-oriented Business Development Analyst I to drive new business growth across various Government Agencies. Successful candidates will identify and assess new opportunities with a focus on GaN capabilities and technical objectives. This position demands initiative, analytical acumen, multi-tasking capabilities, organization, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and document business development opportunities
• Review Government documentation to analyze requirements and compare to GaN capabilities and technical roadmap
• Update business development data systems, metrics, and documentation
• Utilize and assist with maintaining GaN capabilities
• Collaborate with the business development team on opportunity assessment and review
• Present opportunity findings and assessment to the business development and leadership teams
  
  

Required Skills / Qualities

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting opportunities to capture managers and leadership
• Proven ability to work independently; manage workload, priorities, and schedules with minimal supervision; and maintain the highest ethical standards
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
• Experience working with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
• Experience working with government agencies or prime contractors
• Experience with business analysis and reporting
• Experience working with highly technical organizations and engineers
  
  

Special Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen and successfully complete a U.S. government background investigation.
