GaN is seeking a detail-oriented Business Development Analyst II to drive new business growth across various Government Agencies. Successful candidates will identify and assess new opportunities with a focus on GaN capabilities and technical objectives. Key Responsibilities
· Research and document business development opportunities
· Review Government documentation to analyze requirements and compare to GaN capabilities and technical roadmap
· Update business development data systems, metrics, and documentation
· Utilize and assist with maintaining GaN capabilities
· Collaborate with the business development team on opportunity assessment and review
· Present opportunity findings and assessment to the business development and leadership teams
Required Skills / Qualities
· 3-5 years of experience in a Business Development Analyst, or similar, role
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Experience working with government contracting and market intelligence systems such as GovWin, SAM.Gov, Grants.Gov, and GSA
· Experience working with Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting opportunities to capture managers and leadership
· Proven ability to work independently; manage workload, priorities, and schedules with minimal supervision; and maintain the highest ethical standards
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
· Experience working with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
· Experience working with government agencies or prime contractors
· Experience with business analysis and reporting
· Experience with technical writing
· Experience working with highly technical organizations and engineers
· Experience with small business systems such as SBIR
Special Requirements
· Must be a US Citizen and successfully complete a U.S. government background investigation.
